SoulHe4rts Posted December 6, 2013 Share Posted December 6, 2013 (edited) So i have never really used a forum before, whenever i had a problem i would figure it out somehow. But for some reason the problems keep stacking up the more I try to fix it. So let's to get point. I am a "noob" when it comes to creation kit, but have been watching a tutorial series to learn how to start modding. Well, I am currently trying to make quest. I created everything exactly how the videos did, and i could never get past the first set of dialogue. Every time i talked to the npc i would ask the question then the thing would just close instead of going on. So after a lot of hair pulling i deleted everything (correctly) and started from scratch. Well now my npc only shows up where i put him sometimes, and when he does show up the same thing happens but now whenever i talk to ANYONE i get the dialogue option. i have "GetIsId" Under the dialogue conditions and quest data. I went to the new quest to check if the problem was with the dialogue but now under the dialogue view everything is gone. When i try to make a new Dialogue View Id with the same name it says the name is in use. How do i get my dialogue back? (The main problem i want help with is how to get my dialogue back under the dialogue view because this isn't the first time it all disappeared.)Note: I made sure when placing the NPC that i was under the correct .esp file. Also, i believe i fixed the part where the dialogue pops up for everyone.I am willing to skype if it gets me the fix faster, because i honestly don't want to wait any longer than i already am.
