Mist Blowing Off Character's Feet

My character has a mist blowing off his feet in both first and third person mode. I have scoured the internet and viewed the pinned post on this topic but cannot figure out which spell effect I am encountering. I have attempted to remove all of the effects that match mine, but to no prevail. If anybody has the spell ID or another method of removal it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yep, quite a common problem you have there. You just need to sacrifice two babies, a goat and bathe in their blood for the glory of satan.

All jokes aside, when did you notice this? If it was fighting an ice wraith then this might help:

"It is difficult to un-equip the ice wraith, after doing so, it will disappear, but its smoke will remain present. Something similar has also been observed to occur on PC: The head of an ice wraith will appear underneath the players feet along with its signature frosty steam effect. It's most visible when the player is walking on steep slopes or jumping, and it seems to have a habit of growing and shrinking repeatedly. A possible fix is to enter the following console command 'player.addspell 000caf8a"and then "player.removespell 000caf8a" "-http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Wraith

Remember to close the console commands window after entering the first command. Keep us posted.

I think you should look at this page https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/872861-tutorial-removing-unwanted-magic-effects-from-the-player/

In a dwarven ruin in solstheim my character started to steam up. I removed the steam but the some fog started to appear at my characters feet.
On this page look up your characters problem. There will be an ID given corresponding to each problem. In Skyrim go to console commands and type "player.addspell 000<id>" then close the console.
Open the console again and type "player.removespell 000<id>". I hope this will solve your problem.
