According to your "fix", I'm actually missing a lot from my papyrus.

 

[Papyrus]
fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0
bEnableLogging=1
bEnableTrace=1
bLoadDebugInformation=1
 
This is the entirety of it. Yours is almost twice as big.(har har)
Should I add the things you have, or did those come along with an enb or something along those lines?
