Need help with my load order

I need help with my Load Order or Skyrim in general. I have ran BOSS, use the NMM, Tes5Edit to clean, and searched a ton of info to try and find the problem. I am now experiencing crashes and cant find the source. Please someone get back to me on what is going wrong.

Did you use BOSS while online? I also use BOSS but my load order is sorted differently.

 

1. In my case, Frostfall loads before Cutting Room Floor

2. AFAIK OBIS isn't compatible with SkyRe.
