You still have Premium membership, so you probably messed up your cancellation somehow.
That's why [email protected] exists. For support with these kinds of issues. Much more useful then making vaguely accusatory posts on the forums.

Tried what? Emailing them? When? Did you do what seems to be weirdly common and email them on the weekend and expect an instant response?
Can confirm that the email sent to support was sent 9 minutes after this topic was posted here at 22:44 on Sunday evening. We take these sorts of accusations very seriously, but our records show no cancellation request was made and this is almost certainly user error.
