Aemar's Refuge is amazingly done (and amazingly well optimized, no script lag in there) but it's almost too big to use as a house. I will probably keep it installed though just ... because, heh. Elysium Estate is gorgeous. Attention to detail is off the charts. Unfortunately I'm giving Whiterun Mansion a slight edge just because of that whole autosorting thing. I know exactly what you're talking about chanchan. Jaggarsfeld is nice, but I will be using Druid's Den for my nature gal.
