Persistent Crashes

I'm at wit's end here running into the end of my understanding of how computers/software work. I know my issue must be related somehow to memory usage and the person who knows a little better than I (is not involved in modding but has a basic understanding of computer software and programming) pointed out there had to be an application/mod causing issues with memory allocation. Disclaimer, I do not even know if I explained what he said correctly. I believe I have narrowed the issue down to two mods but I can't confidently say if they are causing the issue or if it is a conflict with other mods. I also do not know why they are causing an issue and how to fix it. The mods are Fertility Mode and Alternate Start - The Last Dwemer.

Here is the crash log.

I have had other crash logs tell me it could have been caused by Faster HDT-SMP but even after uninstalling it and related mods, the problem still persisted.

This line alone scares the bejeezus out of me... Holy mish-mash... You got that location overloaded by... 14 different mods? Ouch.

Modified by: Skyrim.esm -> Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch.esp -> OCW_Obscure's_CollegeofWinterhold.esp -> AI Overhaul.esp -> Weapons Armor Clothing & Clutter Fixes.esp -> SolitudeTempleFrescoes.esp -> WACCF_Armor and Clothing Extension.esp -> Mod - Personalized Music.esp -> SL01AmuletsSkyrim.esp -> OCW_WACCF_FEPatch.esp -> OCW_ACE_FEPatch.esp -> OCW_STF-ESL_FEPatch.esp -> Lux.esp -> OCW_CellSettings.esp -> Lux - OCW College.esp

Ah nuts, I was afraid I messed up the patches somewhere. Don't mind me, getting help on the other nonsense I messed up when throwing out some old mods.

I'm guessimg that isn't causing my crashes since I haven't been near the college? If that's literally my problem, though, that's an easy enough fix.

One thing that kinda jumps out in the log is a lot of stuff about skeleton nodes and 'NPC Appearances merged.esp'.

Now it is not necessarily THAT mod. I.e I recently had CTDs supposedly originating in XPMSSE, as it was trying to adjust sword wear style on NPCs, but the actual culprit was Mu Joint Fix...

Huh. That would make some sense. That comes from EasyNPC. I've used it twice before without any issue because of how straightforward it is. But it interacts with almost every NPC in my game (minus a handful that were added by mods). The program is pretty good at figuring it out but you have to go through every NPC and indicate where you want them to take their AI and where they should take their appearance. A great way to pick and choose how each NPC looks and to free up some esp slots. There were a few errors before I let the program run but all I determined were from it incorrectly determing the nature of different esps. I could still have easily missed an NPC so it is trying to reference something that no longer exists. I had gotten an error on one of the overhaul mods from skee that is now included in the merged esp. I'll have to re-run the program to see if that corrects the issue.
