I've been racking my head trying to figure out why I have to dump nearly a whole mag into a mob on Professional mode at the start of the game just to stagger/kill them. Thanks to input from someone else, I managed to POSSIBLY narrow a large contributor of this to "Dynamic Difficulty".

 

Would love a mod to be able to make the difficulty of mobs more static in their progression so that it rewards due diligence and skill rather than punish it. Thanks ahead of time!
