Addtofaction Batch

Hi,

 

I want to know how to make a batch file with addtofaction.

 

It's not like the others that doesn't need target.

 

Should I target or write a target line before each addtofaction line?

 

I'm trying to add some of npcs to "Addtofaction 19809"
