Mod Request: Tailoring Skill or Collection

I haven't really posted in this forum before and I am new to using mods, but something I see missing is like an expansion to the tailoring feature of the game. I have never gotten into tailoring because it doesn't feel like there is much of an incentive in the game to do it (other than aesthetics).

 

I think it would be cool if there was some type of incentive to tailor and dye clothing - like a skill you can increase by tailoring more clothes, a collection you need to complete (either to attain True Perfection or some other achievement with a cool prize).
