Huge delay when when searching things and pausing (FUSTRATRING)

Whenever I search anything there is a 1 to 3 second delay before the menu opens and when i press ESC to pause it can sometimes take up to 7 SECONDS! for the pause menu to open, its really annyoing not entirely game breaking but really fustrating. No it has nothing to do with what is in my inventory and the inventory of what im searching I have already tested for that. :P

My computer specs are, I assume my graphics card should be able to handle the FULL NMC texture pack

 

Windows 8 pro 64 bit ( please dont hasle me about windows 8, i wish i had windows 7 but i dont want to spend money or pirate, so yeah)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB

8.00gb RAM

i7 4770k

ST2000DX001 (google it if you can be bothered to, its a harddrive)

The game is running out of memory. Reducing your plugin count should help. Also high rez texture mods. A temporary fix at the console (save your game first) is:

pcb <enter>

Also try the 4GB enabler if you aren't already, which helps a lot.

I'll try reducing the amount of plugins I have activated and see how that goes, I do have 4GB enabler running (I think it's essential) and I'll dry downloading NMCs medium pack.

Have you adjusted your carryweight? if you have a ton of items in your inventory it will cause a delay when opening containers (which is what dead bodies are). If so sell or put some of the stuff you're carrying into storage.
