Skyrim Freezing My Computer

Hello,

I recently installed Skyrim on my computer and I have been playing around with a few mods for it. It was working relatively well until I first entered Embershard mine, where a few minutes in my screen went black, both my monitors lost all input, and the sound kept playing as normal for a few seconds before my speakers spouted a loud noise as if repeating the same 1 second sound over and over. My computer is completely locked up at this point, and the only way to unfreeze is a manual shutdown with the reset button.

 

I have played the game pretty extensively since then, and I have noticed that this is predominately a problem with interiors, happening only a couple of times outdoors, and is restricted to only certain areas. So far I have had problems in the following locations:

Shearpoint

Lost Tongue Overlook

Embershard Mine

Ansilvund

Lund's Sinkhole

 

The weird part about this is that it locks up my computer, and all the help I have found on the internet so far addresses CTD problems.

Attempts at a Solution:

-I have used BOSS to correct my load order

-I have used Wrye Bash to create a Bashed patch and it is at the end of my load order

-I have used TES5edit to clean dirty edits in update.esm, dawnguard.esm, dragonborn.esm, Hearthfires.esm.

-I am NOT running any overlays such as MSI afterburner, rivatuner, etc.

-I have monitored my GPU and it does not reach temperatures above 80 C (which is normal for my card in a dual monitor setup and is the temperature it runs most other games).

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! At this point, I really just want to enjoy my game, and these constant crashes make it very difficult to do so.
