CTD and Freezing Help!

Hey guys, I'm in serious need of some help. Skyrim is constantly crashing to the desktop, but more serious and more often it just freezes. This usually occurs outside and not in interiors and I have to endtask to stop it. I've attached my modlist, bosslog, and dxdiag files. I've ran Boss and mods are loaded in order and also ran TES5Edit. (I have also enabled mods one at a time and saved the modlist but it seems to be hit and miss. On a fresh install of Skyrim and new game; sometimes it will work with predefined mods and others it will still freeze). I am running an ENB; RealVision ENB and using Ewis High ini and pref files. I've followed all instructions off of RealVisions page. Most of the mods on my list are from the suggestion mods off of that page. I am currently unable to play due to it always freezing up when exploring the exterior areas. If anymore information is required I will greatly provide what I can and hope that the community here can help me solve my problem.

it's kinda incredible you can load the game like that.

master files have to be loaded before anything else.

like so. give it a try, it might help a bit.

might help, if you cut back on the number of mods,

you have +150 mods installed, try removing those that you don't need and see what happens.

Actually, the load order position for the unofficial patches indicated in the BOSS log is now the correct load order for them. The unofficial patches was recently 'ESM-ified' by the USKP team, for stability and compatibility reasons.
