The nif modellers dont have Russian or Ukraine members, I think, which is why this hair style never get much love. Shocking, I know. Of course it's F4 modding forum. I even know if somebody make a nif for this hair style This F4 nif wont work for FNV or F3. So what? I think it would be best to request a port from the creator.The "Misc Hairstyles v1.6" mod for Fo4 has a hair style called Anebelle that comes pretty close. Vtaw, that guy with the huge wardrobe mods, has a small (and free) mod named "Ballerina Twins" or so somewhere on his patreon that is a re-creation of the Atomic Hearts outfit from the picture for Fo4.
