Mounted Riekling Follower- no dialoguebox

Hello

 

I like to have a mounted Riekling as a Follower.

Is allready created and putted in the game. But if i want to talk with him, no dialogue box open.

 

Relation and Faction settings are done (-1 current and 0 potential follower, ally).

 

I think he need a script, but which one?

 

I will be glad for any advice :)
