Vampires refuse to attack me

Well first off, I tried to ask for help in Skyrim Technical forums and I had no views or replies so I'm hoping this will work here and in the meantime I'm still trying to solve this issue by reinstalling Skyrim. Mainly I want to know how to avoid the problem if my method works as mentioned just now.

 

But anyways here's the original description that I typed out in the other forum.

 

It's not just generic vampires either, it's the 'Demon Dogs', gargoyles and basically anything that associates with vampires. I've gone to broken fang cave as a werewolf (and as not a werewolf for testing) they all greet me in their usual: "Watch it, meat." kind of way. It also affects Dawnguard and as a result I refuse to do the questline until I have a fix for it.

What I'd strongly suggest you do is disable you mods, and test them one at a time to see which one is making the vampires "friendly" to you. That way you can narrow it down to just one mod. I would also suggest making a clean save for testing purposes and just use the COC command to a vampire cave.

I actually started a new character with the mods still activated and the vampires are attacking me. It's my original character that is secretly drinking buddies with vampires and gargoyles alike for some odd reason.
