Whiterun Guards not wearing clothes

Hello, I've recently encountered a rather disturbing bug... ALL the guards in Whiterun don't wear their clothes :l

I am using several mods. But it never did this before...

I'll probably have to reinstall the game. But if anyone knows how to fix this, please do tell me :)

You should at least list the mods you're using. Could be a simple compatibility issue and not require an fresh install.
