OBLIVION MOD LIST/LOAD ORDER HELP

I need some help with listing my loading mods in Oblivion, even if I have a list/load order, what do I do when I get it, how do I make my game not crash at the very beginning when it is about to read "Bethesda Softworks?"

I copied and pasted every mod manually EXCEPT Kyoma's Journal Mod. I used Kyoma's Journal Mod via OBMM and activated it from there by loading the esp
