Is there any requirement to trigger this dialogue during the scene when Hawke and Tallis got cornered by the Duke inside the castle before they end up in the dungeon's prison?

 

Hawke: "Have you met my friends? All of them are crazy and most of them are killers.

 

I get to see it once but don't remember how.

I think that's a sarcastic line, you need to try the sarcastic dialouge

Um...My Hawke is always a Sarcastic-Charming but I get to see him/her say "Assassin? I thought we were here to steal the jewel!" instead.
