Way of the Four Elements Passive Elemental Damage

Grants 1d8 elemental dmg for unarmed attacks via a unique passive for the four elements subclass.

do you think you could make a 1d4/1d2 version? i like the idea of the mod but it seems a bit TOO OP

I only see one  problem, the skill Fangs of the Fire Snake also gets the bonus from your passive and makes it too OP ( I think it's not intentional ).
Would it be possible to exclude "Fangs of the fire snake" ?

P.D From what I've seen in the game data, Fangs of the fire snake is considered as unarmed damage.  F

I love the idea but seems overpowered. Maybe you could create some toggles like the ones that Open Fist has. Instead of radiant, necro, and psychic, you could do the other elements or some combination of elements.

I agree, this mod is really just a result of me experimenting with ways to implement buffs. The original idea was to add a container spell that would allow you to pick an element once per short rest, and the damage intensity would ramp with the amount of ki you had + wisdom modifier. I'm still working on that but it's got some kinks that need to be ironed out, in the meantime I released this cheat buff for fun.

Could you make a version that's a passive that cycles through the elements when you land an attack? Or perhaps make this a toggle skill like Wholeness of Spirit/Manifestation of Body/Soul? The former would be more interesting than copying Open Palm, but the latter might be easier to implement, and this could be a more fair way to keep Four elements From getting like a starving spellcaster.
