LE Flight of the Dragonborn!

I was just scrolling through the various flyable dragon mount mods (where you can actually control the dragon, unlike with the Dragonborn DLC) and I wondering if there were mods for smaller dragons that didn't take up so much space on the screen, and then I remembered the dragon aspect shout and thought

 

What about giving the Dragonborn actual dragon-like features? What if your Dovahkiin could sprout wings and fly?

 

So yes, that is my request. I would love to be able to use the Aspect of Dragon/Dragon Aspect shout (can't remember it's exact name) to be able to grow wings and fly in a steerable manner.

 

For the appearance and camera movement of the mod, I imagine something along the lines of (if this is even remotely possible, I have no idea because I know nothing at all about modding) your character having cosmetic wings flap and move according to your movements (somehow utilizing the Vampire Lord wings, I assume is possible?) and the game acting as if you are underwater, with the ability to travel in any direction, including up and down, as if you were swimming, or whatever would work best.

 

Ideally, the body in motion would be at an angle according to your flight path, kinda like a superman pose, and then you just hover vertically when you're not going in any direction. I would love to be able to do all this both in 1st person and 3rd person perspective, with the option of toggling between them, as well as aerial combat, including magic, bows, and melee weapons, though, since I know literally nothing about modding, I have no idea if any of this is possible in the first place—but for anyone willing to make this dream of mine a reality, you'll have my eternal gratitude :)

Instead of Alduin's wings, the Devil's Wings from this mod, which DOES have flapping wings, but when equipted they go into the quiver slot, so I wouldn't be able to use a bow with them on:
