Crash at Race Menu

I keep having the same problem of crashing at the race menu or even the cut scene before it. I have no idea what is going on. Everything is set in correctly in accordance with the TES5edit program. Also, when the screen starts loading it says the wrong HDT High Heels installed or it's not running.

Don't forget, when you use Race Menu, the description indicates "go inside of an interior." You will need to further remove ALL, read ALL armor and weapons before you make some adjustment to your character. The member here notes Pre Cache Killer ... USE it. You must have it too.

It didn't fix the issue. I ended up just deactivating more than half my mods. It finally started working. Even though it crashed latter on while I was playing it.
