jet4571 Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 If it is a compatibility patch that modifies the other persons mod then permission is required. If you are making your own mod compatible then none are required. If neither mod is yours and both are changed then permission is required for both of them but probably better to let both mod authors do it themselves. If it is never going to be uploaded then you can do whatever you want with them as long as you dont give them out to others without permission.
