Consistent freezing?

Okay, so I have somewhere around 90 active mods that I use, but the problem is that my Skyrim has consistent freezing issues. I have the follower Cerwiden, and it seems that when she casts her blessing spell that it could cause the freeze but I'm not sure. I have used BOSS, NMM, TES5Edit, and I still freeze about every thirty minutes or so, could someone help me? I just downoaded Wrye Bash but I'm not 100% sure how to use it.

Here's my BOSS load order:

It can also be that 90 mods are simply to much for your system to handle. Skyrim is capable to handle more thats right, but it highly depends on the mods and what they do. + your system and graphic card. When sykrim was newer I wasn't able to run up to 100 mods. The game was unstable as hell with more. Currently I use a few giant mods, physic hairs and lots of performance eating stuff. And with these installed, I can't go beyond 45 mods anymore.
