Specs: Intel® Core i5-3330CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 (Is this all the spec info I need to give? I'm not sure.) I have turned off AA and AF I don't know if this matter or what but I use 64 mods rite now and Project ENB. DanielCoffey Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Temporarily suspend the ENB (usually Shift-F12) and see if the frame rate recovers. If it does, you will need to reduce your ENB quality settings until it is tolerable. Shift-F12 is a toggle and will turn the ENB on and off on demand. matr1ck Posted January 23, 2014 Author Share Posted January 23, 2014 I am around 45 fps everywhere else in game then at towns/villages I am down to 1 fps, even when I toggle off the ENB. Weirdly though when I look up to the sky or down at the ground my fps goes back up. Its not just towns that I have to actually enter that it effects, for example as I approach and look directly at Riverwood the lag starts. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've had that happen when I had a certain follower mod up - anytime I looked in their direction my Skyrim would scream at me. You may want to try your mods one at a time (carefully).
