Timescale Changing To Ridiculous Numbers!?

I'm trying to load my save and when I do, my timescale is ridiculously out of whack. I checked SkyTweak and it's at like 620. I changed it back, then a couple seconds later, it's back again. I only installed two mods since this happened, the Nordic Ranger Armor and the Better Turn Animation mod. I think the Nordic Ranger Armor might conflict with Triss Armors, but I have absolutely no clue how that would affect timescale. Any help?

It also CTDs in my inventory (apparel, usually) but I think this may also be a glitch with the timescale and the game losing its mind over it. If i press the wait key, about 10 - 20 ingame minutes pass in a second. Waiting an hour doesn't fix it.

Okay, this is interesting. I changed the timescale in SkyTweak back to the vanilla 20. I exited the menu, and a few seconds later it went to crazy fast again. I checked, and SkyTweak said it was set at 420. I tried with 15, it changed to 415. How do I fix this?

Type 'set timescale to x', where x is the number you want in the console. Disable the timescale mod.

I tried that, and it still resets. When I use the console, it jumps either to 420 or 62 seemingly at random. I started a new character and it works, but I can't use my old saves.
