hulme420
Alright so I'm making a custom follower for the first time.Since its my first time I've had a lot of problems but I've worked most of them out; She's in game, her face looks perfect, she's talking, etc.But the one thing I'm left with is her hair and eye colorIn CK I set her hair color to Dark Brown, and her eyes to a custom Runic Eyes color (really great mod, check it out!)But when I get in game, she has blonde hair and vanilla brown elf eyesSo I exit and load her in CK, and everything is as I left it, except hair color is set at DEFAULT. Same with the eyes.I'm using an Apachii hair on her, and she keeps that fine, it's just the color. I'd really really appreciate some help on this! I'd be fine if the custom eyes don't end up working out, but she just looks awful with blonde hair. I can't deal with it. Thanks!

urza4315
In order to use eyes from another mod in your own npcs, you first need to set that Runic eyes mod and apachii hair as master files for your esp file. Download Wrye Bash, from Wrye Bash you can convert any esps into an esm from the right click menu. Then after right click your own esp, click "Add Masters" and add whichever esm's contain your hair and eye colors. Then you can load up your esp in Creation Kit and set your eyes and hair again. It should work then.
Xthejester
I'm having a similar problem. Only its with the hair alone. The Apachii hair shows up in game just fine, but the characters all have ugly red foreheads. I tried the fix found here....but afterwards, instead of a red forehead, the entire face/head is an off-color from the rest of the body. Here's an image example of one of my NPC attempts that gets a red forehead...http://i57.tinypic.com/bcvnp.jpg
