A Skin Issue

For some reason certain characters in New Vegas have the wrong textures on their heads.

Sunny Smiles is pale from the neck up and Joe Cobb is an albino.

Any help would be great.

Open your fallout.ini and change bUseFaceGenHeads=0 to bUseFaceGenHeads=1

Turn off the archive invalidation and turn it back on, hopefully this shall fix it for ya.
