The relevant effect being when the sunlight effect on vampire players begins and ends.Along with that I was wondering if it would be possible to give vampires reprieve from the sun's harm during rain and snow storms, and when completely shaded. In the creation kit under (IIRC) 'climate' there are sunrise/sunset times for all of the major worldzones. Also, check out the 'Better Vampires' mod - it allows for reduced damage in the shade and I believe there are other mods that do that and can handle 'overcast' weather (basically poll the weather type when calculating whether or not damage is done and how much).
