ASchoe311 Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 I'm trying to add a perk to the destruction tree that allows for faster casting of spells when unlocked. The issue I'm running into is that there is no perk entry point that modifies casting speed/time and I don't know where to find the area these entry points are located in or how to actually make my own.
