GPU causing bad stuttering all of a sudden

Hello, so I would like to ask what is suddenly wrong with my game. Before I was always able to get around 45+ fps with ENB.

 

Starting yesterday, my game began to stutter badly, almost out of nowhere. It even does this without ENB enabled. Things I have tried:

 

Overclocking my gpu

 

Disabling Vsync

 

**Drivers are up to date

**I switch from SSME to skse alpha, if that matters

**I have an SSD so no defragging for me

**I have not installed any mods since yesterday

Here is an extended run through. My fps is all over the place and so is my GPU usage. Before, it always stayed above 45+ and usage was always around 90% in exterior cells.

I've got the like exact same issue, did you ever fix this?

If anyone wants to know how I fixed this, it was because a script misfired in one of my mods and was updating constantly for something that wasn't there, making my cpu usage unstable. The fix was the recent release of the save cleaner. That fixed everything.
