"Setreputation" for towns giving error? (Trying to un-vilify T

I'm sure you've all heard about the whole Caesar's Tent dilemma, where eeeeeeverybody, their mother, and their brother has screwed up and messed with the Legion after acquiring the Mark of Caesar. I made the same mistake, and I'm having to resort to cheats to fix it after trying every legitimate solution my brain could whip up.

I've tried using their armor (after having to kill a guy out front to get his armor to shut them up when I'm trying to get up to the ferry), but when I near that guy with the dog out front of Caesar's tent, he sees through my disguise and kills me.

I was able to reset the reputation with Caesar's Legion after a few tries. I put in the ID code for the faction, and it would only give me any kind of in-game recognition that it had gone through (nothing in the console saying it's been completed) after I removed the two zeros before the item code. That's odd, eh?

So, in the same thread on the FNV Wiki, it said some town codes. As that still made those at The Fort hate me, I tried keying in The Fort's item code (which, oddly, was not one of the ones in the Wiki page - you'd think that would be a commonly used one for my here purpose!), and it gave me errors. I attempted removing all zeroes (actually, I could try just removing the first two, but, enh), and it gives me an error. Trust me, I did it just as the Wiki page said - but when it came to that town, it errored. I did "setreputation <item code> 1 1", and it gave me an error string. I took the zeroes off, no go. I tried the seperate ID for Caesar's Tent - no go.

So, I'm stuck not being able to finish the game. I have this game on the Xbox, so I know what's going to happen after this (to some degree, haven't completed the FULL story yet), but I'm going for the achievement where you finish the main story with your entire playthrough having Hardcore mode enabled. I have the "Continue After Game End (CAGE)" mod, so I can continue playing after the main story has finished. I think that's a pretty stupid design decision, eh? Not letting you continue after the game's end?

Also, I have some mods installed, as well as all DLC for the game. I'm using the Steam GOTY version of the game, and I'm running it on Windows 7. Here's a picture of my Fallout Mod Manager screen:

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated... thanks!
