Need some major help many Skyrim glitches!

Hello i'm here to report another problem I've encountered. I don't know why my game is being attacked by bugs but I believe one cause is from the console commands.

I started a wizard character a few weeks back after playing many play-troughs as a warrior, or battlemage. Now I have a pure mage as I've reached level 46

and successfully got around the Miraak bugs.

 

But after I return from his boss battle, the ground texture is black and time is frozen at 12:00pm

I messed around with the timescale way back when I was level 25 cause I got frustrated with how

much time passes when you fast travel, so I thought setting timescale to 5 would be better.

 

I don't have a save before I did this with him and I heard messing with the timescale is really bad.

is there anything I can do to fix the timescale being stuck at 12:00pm

 

also, how do I go about fixing the blank land textures. It starts out just black land textures.

then when I step on them- everything goes black and all I can see is the radar, and the menu's

when I hit tab.

 

This problem doesn't occur with any of my other characters though, if I switch to my Argonian everything is fine.

if I switch to my Nord character, the ground textures are black, but upon walking on them- they fix themselves.

only my pure mage is having this problem and I would like to fix it since I'm level 46 and spent a long time playing him.
