Skyrim CTD within 10 minutes of gameplay

hey guys ive been playing skyrim pretty much since it came out and have used mods starting early last year. Lately my game CTDs (crashes to desktop) on me within between 10-30 of gameplay and i cannot figure out why. i have used BOSS to see if any files are bad and if any errors occur and nothing really comes up and i am also using ENBoost because without it I do get close to that 3.1 gb ram usage limit. Here is a full list of the mods i am using and in order:

If someone has any advice i would gladly appreciate it

also my current ram usage with ENBoost is 800 mb roughly and vram usage is 1.2 gb roughly

I would put this down to the amount of mods you have. May I recommend the Skyrim Memory Patch, it has been known to completely eradicate this issue:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50305

This is a link to SSME, a precompiled version of Sheson's work. Try this and tell me how it goes.

Thanks for your input but i was tinkering around with my amd catalyst control center because i have an amd 7900 video card and noticed that for my "wait for vertical refresh" under gaming/3d application setting/ skse_loader was set to off and i changed it to always on and also changed "anti-aliasing method" in the same area from multisampling to supersampling and so far i have played over an hour and i have not crashed yet. Don't know why or which 1 worked but for people out there that have my similar problem that also have an amd video card, this could be a fix for you
