Bug recruiting followers to the Blades

Okay, I don't know whether this is a bug/problem from a mod or whatever (or if I write this on a wrong part of the forum). I'm doing the "Rebuilding the Blades" quest from Delphine where you have to bring followers to Delphine so they will join the Blades. The bug/problem is whenever I bring a follower and click the dialogue where you ask Delphine to recruit them and swear an oath, the follower and Delphine don't do anything and my follower keeps following me instead going to Delphine. Is there anything I could do to resolve this issue?

I'm using Ultimate Follower Overhaul for followers (and many other mods that doesn't edit followers)

Same problem, I have UFO as well.

 

I have tried dismissing all followers but one.

 

I have tried dismissing all followers and brought an entirely new follower.

 

Have tried uninstalling (completely).

 

Still results in her saying "I will give the oath to such and such" but she never does.

 

For what it's worth I also have Paarthurnax Dilemma and Just More Blades mods, but from what I understand, the problem seems to be with UFO.

 

Any inputs on the matter would be much appreciated.

Same problem and with UFO too. This must be some recent update of some overhaul or bug fix mod fault because I never got this issue before and always used UFO.

Thus far uninstalling UFO hasn't solved the issue, is it possible it broke some files when it was installed and if so how would i fix them?

>_< I can't figure a way around this either. I have messed with so many console commands and trying different follower mods and such after uninstalling UFO, but she won't give the oath. I'm unable to find anyone else with a work around either.... i'm so sad face ;_;

Okay. Had this issue myself. Went through some methods.

 

First, remove UFO

Set the follower as non essential with console commands ( setessential <Base ID> For me, it was Cosnach because his skills are one handed (blades use one handed weapons) and heavy armour (blades use heavy armour) so his code was 00013390. The wiki and uespWiki have all the codes you'll need)

I then used the console command "kill" on my follower and then resurrected him the same way. He was then able to join the blades.

It may be worth mentioning that Delphine was inside the temple rather than outside. Not sure if its a factor.

I hope that works I am going to try this in my game to maybe. I don't really want to remove UFO myself as I have a lot of followers that might get screwed up if I remove it. And HEEEEELLLLLOOOOO to everyone after so long ago we were on this topic in my other forum posts. I have been playing this game again and still got Delphine being like this. So annoying. Hopefully I can do a run down again and see whats the matter. And it is probably because of UFO. It edits something in the Blades files. But no one knows what. Even then people still have this problem when UFO isnt installed. Or never touched their game to. Which I find really annoying. Bethesda why. Just why...
