And do i Need To Uninstall whole skyrim, sorry cant find edit button via phone

No do not uninstal skyrim unless you want to start fresh, if you are uncertain about a mod uninstal through nexus mod manager or manually each file selectively. Wrye bash doesn not need you to reinstal mods jsut do a bashed patch.

I just wanna start new game, already have deleted my previou "save games" and do not have nothing than new game option. Cant still get it working after deleted some mods and cleaned some:

 

 

and ofc tried with wrye, so whats wrong, only see the f***ing ugly black dragon at first loading screen and cant even see "ingame" when it CTD, i fear that i have to do everything from start

You can see there is not so many things active now but still cant start new game, even i have all files unchecked, i got massive errors??? it is weird isnt it?

 

and u see when i unchecked some things, i realised that some mods are STILL roaming in game, aargh sick of these mods!

If you are crashing at the game's menu screen (where you see the new game, load, etc), that means you have a missing master. One of the mods you have active has a required mod/plugin which you do not have. Disable ALL mods, then see if the game starts and you can make a new game.

yeah thats the problem is, have unchecked ALL except skyrim esm. but it didnt work. but i ask if u meant uncheck all or uninstall all? uncheck didnt work so i assume that i have to uninstall all mods right?

When you start Bash it should be on the MODS tab (it avoids the installer tab) you will SEE the Bashed Patch in the list. After running Boss it Should be the last mod in the list (their are excptions to this). When you Right click on the Bashed Patch you will see "Rebuild Patch" in the menu. clicking that will bring up the rebuild patch menu. This is divided into 2 halves , the Left side is wher you first click one of the Choices IE: Merge patch, Level list , Ect ect. once you select say Merge Patches, on the Left side you will see things listed on the Right side make sure they are selected. These are what the BOSS tags are!! You will notice when you click "Level Lists" on the Left side a bunch of mods will be automatically shown on the Right side , if you look closely the ARE the mods that BOSS had tags for Relev/Delev. .

 I could write for hours on the usage of Wrye !! The Exception to the Rule of" BASH patch is always last" is in the Case of Dynamic patches (IE: Reproccer) and a few mods that HAVE to be after the Bashed Patch. If you sort with BOSS and it puts a bunch of mods after the Bashed Patch either they are NOT recognized (Ver 2) or you are using VER 3 and well for me it keeps putting it about half way UP my list. Just Grab Bashed patch and place it last.

TL;DR

Right click on the Bashed Patch you will see "Rebuild Patch" in the menu.

Make sure everything on the Left has a check mark.

Make Sure everything on the Right side has a check mark. (except in the "Tweak Settings one) pick and choose some are neat to have )

Bottom of window "Build Patch"

You now have a brand new Bashed patch do this for ANY mod you Add or Subtract.

 

 

Have you tried new INI files?

 

EDIT: cant start new Game: since you said ALL mods were green in BAsh i wonder if you have a sound Issue. Do you ever hear any sound when the Game is starting??

I would suggest..."verify integrity of Game Cache" in steam.  Delete your 2 INI files in the MY docs folder . IF the Game does not start....Start Fresh. What IS the path to your Game ..mine is...E:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim

ini. files deleted, now it opens small window and new game not working, BUT now i got all mods working with savegame file what i did download in net lol just not cannot start THE new game.

 

 

i do not hear any "in-game" song but only load screen music when i start new game.

 

 

my game path is F:\PC Games\TSEV Skyrim LE,  is it bad?
