FWE: Primary Needs Not Working Properly

Whenever I eat food in FWE, my primary needs percentages don't go down. Also, food gives me health even though in the menu I said for it to not. Oddly enough, my sleep does go down. I've seen threads on this before, but I don't think they could help my situation. Any help on the subject would be appreciated.

You can't use FOOK/FOOK2 together with FWE. Choose only one of these. So only Fook, only FOOK2 or only FWE.

Where did you find the following esps?

FO3 Wanderers Edition - Project Beauty.esp=1
FO3 Wanderers Edition - Project Beauty (Followers Enhanced).esp=1

Also I don't see project beauty esm. And to use that with FWE you gotta use blackened. And I don't see Blackened in your load order.

Your load order is a mess. Please use BOSS.

These three are already included in FWE so remove them if you are going to use FWE.

Mart's Mutant Mod - Tougher Traders.esp=0
Mart's Mutant Mod - Zones Respawn.esp=0

I downloaded BOSS as you said, but when I ran it a tab called "BOSS Log" popped up saying that the Fallout3.esm couldn't be found, but when I wen to the Data folder for Fallout 3 I saw it, exactly where it was supposed to be. Also Fallout redesigned (a.k.a. Project Beauty) is in my Data folder, but it doesn't show up on the Nexus Mod Manager for some reason. I also know it's working because my game doesn't crash with the FIP (which I am using in place of Blackened) running. The boxes for the three files you mentioned are not checked and never have been and I cannot "remove" them.

As for removing FOOK2, I hear the guy who made the FWE-FOOK2 merger is on the case again, so I may have to wait out for him if nothing else works.
