Although dialogue options with him would be nice, its absolutely not a must. All i want is him to be at Ranger station Foxtrot and have a daily "routine" (Walk around, eat etc) Some mods that may help with assets, KORs Lily-NCR, ST Terrible Super Mutants, Supermutant Upgrades. I'll make some models (his comically small ranger hat, some other NCR/ranger related equipment etc). Don't think you'd need much else other than writing up a dialog quest. Sure lets throw some ideas back and forth, and see if we can't cobble together a unique character. Also I was going to talk to yuo about collaborating on Zion. There's two threads I contributed to for stories, and created some assets. I thought we could get more done if we could bounce ideas off of each other. I have to go for a run fairly soon (should be back around 2ish), but the rest of the day I have off and I hope to do some modding. P.S. we can give him a lot more leniency if we do use a human skeleton (which I assume ST races is). We can use idle anims, furniture markers (special ones, he can't sit on your average footstool), etc. Maybe if we make him move as encumbered his human walk will look more like a supermutant shuffle. If you have played Dragon Age, think of Sten for example.) I'm afraid I don't know Sten, but one thing that could factor into his character. If he is typical west coast SM (most likely) he'll be smarter than the east coast 87's. Was he one of the original SMs? If so they split into 3 factions. Two stayed on the west coast, one tried to make peace with the humans (most likely candidate for a NCR friendly SM), but the other faction tried to continue the masters work (if he's one of these, he's reformed). Both would give an interesting back story. He may also be cogent of his past, perhaps he was a grunt in teh army (or even spec forces) which would have gave him a leg up in regard to military training. There's also another faction created by the enclave (part of that faction is Tabitha and her peeps). So a lot of choices for a back story. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also i would like him to be one of the "prime normals" who got turned into a super mutant (Basically, hes one of the smart ones). Him being a sergeant in the masters army, and later be able to rise to the rank of a NCR ranger would be a pretty good explaination why he is so patriotic towards the NCR. I would love to have some sort of refrence to Lieutenant Lou (SM from Fallout 1) in Chauncey's dialogue. Also maybe he's hoping to recruit some SM's from Jacobstown. If you shooting for those two story elements you might want to make him from Broken Hills. It would mean he came from an area where SMs (and ghouls) worked with humans (in a limited fashion) in commerce and it would mean that he knows Marcus as well. He wont tell you anythign about me though."(When asked about About Marcus)"We had a falling out some years back. It was over my choice to better relations with mutants and the republic by joining the Ncr. I choose to follow my goal and he choose to punch me so hard I was seeing stars."(continuation of the above) "You might want to moderate your tone when talking to me. Last human that insulted me now knows what his own ass tastes like." (If agreesive speech option is picked upon meeting him.)"I mean I ripped out his tongue and shoved it up his ass." (Just to give an explanation) "You have any idea how hard it was to get to my rank? Hell, theres more orphans in the republic that are the result of my brothers actions. So a lot of the other officers would sooner put me down than follow my orders." "Ever been a slave? No...ever been under the thumb of a war crazed mad man? I have. I have seen men like Ceasar, and the horror they unleash on the land. I have seen their cruel plans come to completion and.... have even aided them. I will not let men like Ceasar succeed in their goals ever again. I have seen what that brings. And never want to see it again." (When asked for his opinion of the legion.) Theres some ideas Ive had for his dialogue. I am still working on it, but this was just some of my prefered lines that I wrote. What ya think?
