LE Bards and Tavern more lore and logic

It's pretty absurd how the taverns works, what I mean is that:

you can go on the tavern at 4 am and find the bards singing and people awake eat and drinking...

You can go to sleep with bard that sing a song, ad wake up at 8am the bard stil singing... WTF ? O.o

 

Ok, so here is my request:

A global mod should act on NPC which should get 'em come in the tavern on morning for breakfast, why should get in from 6 am to 10 am

and then get out, maybe, at random few of them, 2 or 3 they could be in the taven...

then for Lunch they should get back at 12am to 2pm... ad then at 5pm the bard should start playing, maybe without singing..

from 7pm to 10pm dinner, and from 10pm to midnight the bard should still playing and singing.

from midnight to 2am the customers, should go to sleep and the bard too.

 

On this way, when we go on the tavern at 4am we will find an empty place just with the innkeeper, and would be very cool if the employees go to sleep to...

 

That will be very immersive :)
