opmuffin Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 (edited) First off, forgive me if this is in the wrong section. I'll be straight forward: I have nexus and Fallout NV: Dead Money. I have the gas bug where i continue to take damage even outside the poison gas. So far, I have 3 mods installed to the game, including 2 bug fixes and 1 Freeside makeover mod. None of these are working. I run NMM as admin, run NV as admin, installed and uninstalled the mods over and over, ran the game from Nexus and tried running it from the launcher, and the mods refuse to show up in-game. I still take continuous damage, and Freeside is still the same. What am I doing wrong? My Fallout is located in C:/Program Files(x86). Is that wrong? Please help.PS. The built-in file protection that Windows uses automatically blocks attempts to change the programs installed there, like mods. Your best bet, to start with atleast, is to uninstall the game, and re-install it in another location, like C:\Games for example.
