Heavy attacks with weapons/blocking drains no stamina anymore

I have Requiem installed if that helps.

 

Anyway, like the title sais, my heavy attacks no longer drain stamina, and blocking also no longer drains my stamina, how do I fix this? Is there a console command for this? Is it Requiem messing up the game?

are you using other combat overhaul mods like Deadly combat, duel combat hardcore etc?
