LE Would it be possible to make a bindi with warpaint?

I figured this would be a relatively simple modification so I tried to do it myself. I even installed GIMP, though all that did was put a bunch of third party programs on my computer. Long story short I've given up on doing this myself, so is anyone here willing to make a bindi, or if one already exists where I can find it (I already tried the nexus & google).
