I wanted to start over again, but my heavy modded skyrim couldn't stand entering the helgen keep at the beginning (i got freezes/CTDs), so i thought i could use an alternate start mod, and then all the girls in the character creation started having this problem: http://i57.tinypic.com/29ftefp.jpguninstalled the alternate start to make sure if this was the issue and dang, same problem in the normal start. Have you tried ...UNtick all mods, ( i love Wrye bash for this ) Start a new Game , Play thru the INTRO, once past the Intro, and in the real world. At this point make a Hard Save. Never, ever overwrite this save.!! Now make another Save, with this Save you can then start ADDING one mod at a time till you have all your mods installed. It is actually the way one should mod a Bethesda Game! Now you will always have a Save that is clean of ALL mods. Everyone should have this Save.! EDIT: to add The entire intro is scripted, all mods can to is interfere with it. I can think of NO mods that need to be installed before your in the real world. even Race and Race menu mods can be done after the intro!
