What is the best Darker dungeons and caves mod?

Greetings my fellow adventures and cave divers!

 

What is the best mod for making caves and dungeons darker??

 

I'm starting a new play through on a new character, and I want to do Zero magic.

No candle light or mage light spells.

So I'll have to use torches when exploring old ruins.

 

I want it darker - but not 100% completely pitch black. Because some of the levels look like they were designed to have some light in them for certain cinematic effects.

 

Does anyone have a favorite mod or setting they can recommend?

 

 

I am currently using Blackout - Simply Darker Dungeons by Anaphiel

but it still seems too light/bright in the dungeons.

 

Do I need to start using an ENB?
