Any tutorials on how to edit my in game Skyrim character with Creation kit

So im wondering is ther anyway to edit my in game character via creation kit to make it look awesome like the modded companions or maybe ece advanced tutorials such? thanks

I don't know of any tutorials, but did you look through the tutorials section of the mods?

IMO, ECE is the easiest way to make characters exactly how you want them.

The problem with your question is that "awesome like the modded companions" is very subjective and broad.

My recommendation is that you read the mod information of whichever modded companions you like. Generally mod authors will list the mods they used to achieve their character's looks. Then you can add those mods to your game, and be able to use them inside the ECE to create your character.
