Hi guys, this is a quick toturial how to play with Immersive First Person View without any clipping issues.

You will need three mods in order to make this work:

  1. Immersive First Person View by meh321

  2. Hemlet Toggle by maniczombie

  3. Invisible Body Parts by HiFiSi

Install all three mods and start Skyrim. Next:

  1. Unequip every head gear

  2. Equip your normal helmet

  3. Open MCM, go to Helmet Toggle and activate hide Helmet

  4. Go to Whiterun, to the smith of Adrianna, open the barrel on the left corner on the outside and take out Invisible Head (Cloth)

  5. Equip Invisible Head (Cloth)

  6. Repeat this everytime you load a save

Now your head and your helmet should be insivible. Next open the Immersive First Person MCM and follow these Steps:

1.Set Profile 20 to your idle Profile(Optional)

Works perfectly, expect it gets rid of the shadow for the head with the invisible head mesh from the mod. Wish there was a work around for this  now that I noticed it, this won't stop bugging me lol.

so any solution for the mentioned shadow problem?in games like this immersion is everything.and being headless is therefore a big issue.but of course if your out of free time or dont know how to do it/find a solution then its ok.

Are you able to stop the shaking when your idel? Becuce i love the mod but the bobbing and that idel movement gives me a headache

and also to move the camera on the head back a bit so when i lok foward with my sword drawn i dont just see the tip of it in the corner of my screen.

That's the problem - I don't know exactly how it works, but it's part of an SKSE script. Apparently the way he has it working is by scaling down the head (and arm) nodes to almost 0, but then scales them back up just before shadows are rendered, then back down.

there are still some clipping issues, but mainly when confronted to strangely shaped walls at player head, mainly whilst sneaking. I could fix this issue while iddle by having the back/foward to -150 but i couldn't whilst sneaking without causing the camera view to leave the body or the bow animation to become funky.

I tested in whiterun's walls that divide the lower from upper classes, maybe the problem comes from a badly placed collision box and wont reproduce anywhere else.
