Can't locate ini file

Hi, I've been having a problem with my skyrim ini file. I want to just tweak it so i can increase that SkyRe arrow problem where it disappears for a second, but I simply can't find my skyrim.ini file, i've run skyrim before, I can see skyrim prefs, but i can't actually find the skyrim ini file. If i search it in my search bar i get a skyrim file and skyrim prefs, the skyrim file says

So i doubt it's the actual ini file, My skyrim works perfectly fine as it is now, I just have no idea where it could be. I have a boss ini picture thingy, boss tracelogs, a masterfile, but no ini. I checked my program files and in the skyrim folder inside the main folder it only shows skyrim prefs.

Can anyone help?

you have "hide know file extensions " enabled.....search google & turn that off and you will see that the file.."Skyrim"..IS actually skyrim.ini.
