Sinuo13 Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 hey all. im having a few issues with my skyrim game. seemingly out of nowhere after i restarted my system to update to window 8.1, im no longer able to effectively attack using my right hand. it's difficult to describe exaclty what happens. if im standing still, then i can attack normally, but as soon as i move, the left mouse button simply stops responding. the same thing happens if i sheath my weapon and try attacking while moving. i can attack as long as i move, but if i stop and then begin moving again, i can no longer do anything. after some time of this, it stops letting me attack at all and will continually power attack until my stamina is drained, then power attack again as soon as i have the stamina to do so. ive tried verifying my steam game files, switching to another mouse, uninstalling all mods, etc. nothing is working. it's affecting all of my characters, including new ones. what does work, however, is binding the RH attack to any other non-reserved button. that being said, id prefer to find a way to put the RH attack on the left click where it belongs. because i dont hate myself enough to use the mouse wheel as my basic attack button. anybody have any suggestions?
