Help! Psychedelic Texture Shifting

Hello - I've got a weird and game-breaking issue. Sometimes I'll be walking along in New Vegas, particularly in interiors like the Bison Steve or the Brotherhood bunker, and the textures will go haywire. For example, the floor and walls will literally turn into squares of Nuka-Cola advertising, then as I keep moving they'll shift into a different random texture, and a different one. And then slowly meshes will stop working and I'll get exclamation points everywhere, and then my game will stop allowing me to do anything but jump and walk around.

 

I'm using MO and have Automatic Archive Invalidation set. I have tried new save games, and they don't seem to fix it. This didn't happen before I started modding my game, but since the wacky doesn't set in until sometimes 20+ minutes of playtime, it's hard to know what could be causing this. (Also, my mod list is close to this one from STEP.)
