I just deleted my Skyrimprefs.txt, opened the Skyrimlauncher.exe and had set textures to Medium, but leave every other setting on ultra. By Talos knows why, the game now runs so smooth that it wont stutter anywhere! Of course there's a problem with that (as my textures now look like crap), but it is clear that my GPU can handle High textures, as for the stutters just happens near some holds. I think it might be some kind of bug with the Skyrim High textures that is causing the problem. So i'll seek and wait for someone to give me a clue on this.
